I was born in San Diego, California and shortly after I moved to Arizona and grew up in laveen,AZ. I was exposed to soccer at a young age where I played on the CCV recreational team as I worked my way up to becoming a passionate and hardworking defender. Later becoming apart of a CCV club team at the age of 9. The surf club was the first team I turned to after leaving CCV for better opportunities. This is my first year on the 2011 girls team as a 2012 which has been an easy adjustment thanks to all the girls and coaches. I have already seen my, stamina, footwork, defensive skills, tactical awareness, and love for soccer improve as I continuously play with this team, which I take deep pride in. Being physically tough and mentally strong in the game has given me opportunities to win the ball quickly from an opponent and distribute it effectively, making me a key player on the wing. Stopping offensive players before they get the chance to accurately control the ball is one of my top priorities. In the future, I would like to play high school soccer starting freshmen year and I have decided to start taking sports and strength classes to enhance my athleticism. Going into college I want to attend NAU, study sports medicine, and hopefully compete at the collegiate level. Thank you for getting to know me!!
